Please see the note in Spec XHIF_V1.0c.pdf on wiring XHIF-RDY polarity with
pullup/pulldown.
IMPORTANT:
The interrupt vector table (see 2.3.1.5.1) is to be stored at the addresses before the
semaphore (i.e. from addresses 0x0803_0000)
