[ESC+I#] Exclusive Key Start-End

Disable the normal key input temporally and user can specify key exclusively.
The key operation information is stored to the key buffer during the exclusive key function.
The information stored in the key buffer can be acquired by the key information acquisition command
[SOH+KI]. Refer to [Key Information Acquisition Command] below for the details.
