Specify slot number registered with Card Slot for Use <CC> prior to this command <BJF> by all
means.

This command <BJF> is for formatting a memory card; therefore, it cannot be used in
combination with other commands.

The card will not be formatted and error occurs when the memory card is write-protect. The data
is not guaranteed when the memory card is formatted accidentally. Be careful when formatting
the memory card.

Initialization takes time. Do not send any command until the initialization finishes.

When SD card is selected by the Card slot for Use <CC> and the SD card is formatted, the
contents of the SD card are deleted all and then the printer creates folders necessary.
[Notes]

Do not power off this product when accessing to the memory. When this product is turned off
while memory accessing, the data in the accessed media may be corrupted.
