Alphanumeric and symbols can be specified. The maximum 16 digits can be specified.

a [Switching of display/no display]
0 : No display
1 : Display on the upper row
2 : Display on the lower row
b [Displayed message]
Valid range: Alphanumeric and symbols (20H-7EH of ASCII) 16 digits
This parameter can be omitted for no display.
