Compare the stored data in the internal buffer.
The data after this command will be analyzed when the comparison result is the same as the
parameter a (Match/Mismatch).
The data after this command until the Stop Code <Z> will be invalid when the comparison result is
not the same as the parameter a (Match/Mismatch).
