*1. Motors other than three-phase induction motors (e.g., synchronous motor, single phase motor, servo motor,
stepping motor) are excluded.
*2. Judgment of comprehensive alarm as a device:
• Comprehensive alarm threshold setting (Warning) setting: A state in which "Critical" does not exist in the
measurement value and "Warning" exists even in even one.
• Threshold (Critical) setting for comprehensive alarm: A state in which at least one of the measurement val-
ues has "Critical".
*3. Each transistor output 1 and 2 can not be set differently.
*4. A self-diagnosis error occurs due to any one of the following reasons: Refer to Section 10 Trouble shooting
