When the trigger mode is "Free run (while power is ON)", measuring and monitoring will be
started.
Measurement value is displayed on the numeric display LCD on the front of the device. At the
same time, "MON" of the state display on the front of the device gets lit.
• When the trigger mode is "external trigger", operate the external input.
• When the trigger mode is "internal trigger", wait until the state of the measurement value
becomes the start condition of measuring and monitoring.

When measuring and monitoring are started after the power is turned ON, the numeric display
LCD in the front of the device switches from "- - - -" to the measurement value display. At the
same time, "MON" of the state display on the front of the device gets lit.
