This command deletes dynamic entries from the DNS table.

clear host {name | *}

name - Name of the host. (Range: 1-100 characters)

* - Removes all entries.

Privileged Exec

Use the clear host command to clear dynamic entries, or the

command to clear static entries.

This example clears all dynamic entries from the DNS table.

Console(config)#clear host *

Console(config)#

This command displays the configuration of the DNS service.

Domain Lookup Status:

Default Domain Name:

Domain Name List:

sample.com.jp

sample.com.uk
