(c) Measure resistance between starter relay terminal No.86 and
a reliable ground.

(a) Connect the ignition switch wiring harness connector IP23
terminal No.4 with a multimeter (Note: During this test, do not

(b) Turn the ignition switch to the "ST" position.
(c) Measure voltage between IP23 terminal No.4 and a reliable
ground.
Standard Voltage: 11-14 V
Is the voltage specified value?
Yes
Replace the starter relay.
