Standard Voltage: 11-14 V
Confirm whether the voltage is standard value.
Go to step 12

(a) Replace the fuel pump relay.
Make sure fuel pump is working properly.

No.3 voltage with a multimeter.
Standard Voltage: 11-14 V
Is the voltage standard value?
Go to step 14
