Remove the transmission. Check whether the clutch disc is contaminated by oil.

Remove the transmission. Check whether the clutch driven plate is excessively worn and torn, or broken?

Check whether the clutch pressure plate or flywheel is warped?

Check whether the clutch pressure plate diaphragm spring is too soft. Replace the clutch assembly.

Replace the damaged pipe.
