Use scan tool to drive pump relay.
Check fuel pump relay terminal No.1 voltage with a
multimeter.
Go to step 8

Repair ECM harness connector EO35 terminal No.71 and
pump relay connector No.1 circuit open fault.
System normal
No
Replace ECM. Refer to
Replacement.
Note
Replace ECM. Make sure that ECM power supply and
ground circuits have no faults.

Measure resistance between pump relay terminal No.2 and
ground with a multimeter.
Go to step 10
