Setting Up MADI
8.3.1
MADI Signal Parameters
Open the System Core configuration (as described earlier), and double-click on each of the front MADI ports to
configure its input and output parameters.
Input Parameters
Input N
Use this field to name the input (as described earlier).
Type / Stereo
Use the Type and Stereo fields to set the format of the input (as described earlier).
Dig Offset Gain
Here you can enter a fixed digital offset gain for the input.
Matrix Enable
This option enables matrix control of the input (as described earlier).
Transparent
Select this checkbox to set the input to be "transparent". The option should be enabled if you
are using the input to route a Dolby E signal.
