Stream Destinations Tab
This tab allows the user to view all Power Core RAVENNA stream destinations which are in use, and to "retune"
streams which are not performing properly due to network changes.
Power Core tailors the buffer size for each stream for optimal performance. The buffers are "tuned" during initial
network setup. In the event of network path changes (such as in-service replacement of edge switches or switch
fabric reconfiguration) which result in a high number of network hops, this buffer value may no longer be correct;
as a result, RAVENNA streams will be inaudible.
The Jitter Class and Time Offset values, along with the Early and Late Packets Count statistics shown below in
the "Stream Destinations Statistics" section, can inform you which streams need "retuning", either to restore
audio or to prevent loss.
The Stream Destinations List at the top of the page shows information pertaining to individual RAVENNA
streams, including the number of audio channels, codec used, sample rate, number of subscribers listening to the
stream, the Remote Stream name and number, and the numerical designations for the audio channels supplied.
Streams with blank Remote Stream Name values are inactive or unavailable.
