If a red X symbol remains beside the system name, then there is a problem with the network communication -
check the IP address in the
Properties
window and then check your network connections. If this does not resolve
the problem, try the
trouble-shooting
section.
If the message 'please use zirkon/crystal to update software' appears, then this means that the operating
software on your control system is not supported by SoP Explorer:
