Metering Settings
Open the "System -> Definition -> Parameter = Meter" branch of the 'Tree Definition' to set the reference levels
and metering options for the control surface and VisTool.

The Meter A, Meter B and Meter 1 to 4 entries define the six stereo meters which can be displayed within
VisTool. For each stereo meter you can define:
