To add the User to a User Group
1.
Select a user group from the list on the left - e.g. DJs: - and select Add.
DJs moves to the Member of list on the right; Sue is now a member of the DJs user group:

Repeat to add the user to more user groups or, use Del to remove a user group.
Each user can belong to several user groups. In our example, Sue is a member of the DJs and Engineers
user groups. This means that she can see all
their
user group
rights.
