Use it to set a compression rate for SEND RATE (i.e., when 'high' is
selected under SEND for compression rate).
0: rate of compression 1/16 [at time of shipment/after RAM initialization]
1: rate of compression 1/20
2: rate of compression 1/24
A higher rate of compression means a lower image level.
Use it to remove the password from an export file (file transmission address).
