Enables advertising the Multi-Exit Discriminator (MED) and assigns
the value used for the path attribute for the MED advertised to BGP
Peers if the MED is not already set.
Configures the minimum interval in seconds at which a given path
attribute, originated by the local router, can be advertised to a peer.
Configures the minimum interval in seconds at which a given prefix
can be advertised to a peer.
