Make a visual inspection of the FSP. Check circuit breakers CB5 and CB9.
If circuit breakers are
tripped
not tripped
Reset circuit breaker (CB8 or CB9) by moving the switch to the ON/OFF and
back to the ON position in quick succession. (The LED light should go OFF.)
If circuit breaker
trips again
remains ON (LED goes off)
