The following table lists the attributes you need to know in the configuration template file.

Tip
The line beginning with "#" is considered to be a comment. You can use "#" to make any comment in the boot file.

Resource Files

Resource files are optional, but if the particular feature is being employed, these files are required. You need to place
resource files on the provisioning server. The IP phones request the resource files in addition to the configuration files
during auto provisioning.
Tip
If you want to specify the desired phone to use the resource file, the access URL of resource file should be specified in the
MAC-Oriented CFG file. During auto provisioning, the IP phones will request the resource files in addition to the con-
figuration files.

Specify the parameters and values to apply specific settings to the phones.
Separate each configuration parameter and value with an equal sign

Put the configuration parameter and value on the same line, and do not break

The [$MODEL] can be added in front of the configuration parameter to specify the
value for specific phone models. $MODEL represents the phone model.
The valid phone model names are: T54S, T52S, T48S, T48G, T46S, T46G, T42S, T42G,
T41P, T41S, T40P, T40G, T29G, T27G, T23P, T23G, T21P E2, T21 E2, T19P E2, T19 E2
and CP920.
Multiple phone models are separated by commas. For example, [T46S, T23G].
Note: The phone updates model-specific configurations and those model-unspe-
cified configurations.
