Ringer Volume Configuration
You can configure the ringer volume as a fixed level, so the user cannot adjust the ringer volume on the phone. This
feature is used to avoid missing calls when the user turns down the ringer volume.
The following table lists the parameters you can use to configure ringer volume.
Parameter force.voice.ring_vol
Description It configures the ring tone as a fixed volume.
0 to 15-the user cannot adjust the ringer volume on the phone. The user can press the Silence soft key to

mute the ringer when receiving an incoming call.

Blank-the user can adjust the ringer volume on the phone.

Sending Volume Configuration
You can configure the sending volume of currently engaged audio devices (handset, speakerphone or headset) when
the phone is in use.
The following table lists the parameters you can use to configure sending volume.
Parameter voice.handfree_send
It configures the sending volume of the speaker.
Description
Note: We recommend that you modify this parameter cautiously. A suitable value may render the voice
quality bad.

Parameter voice.handfree.autoreset_spk_vol
Description It configures the speaker's volume level during a call.
0-The speakerphone volume at the end of a call persists between calls.
