Sunroof operating mechanism: Removal - Refitting
B91 or K91
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Cut the cement bead (see Technical Note 560A):
- on the central cross member using two handles
(this operation requires two people),
- at the edge of the sunroof operating mechanism.
WARNING
When cutting the cement bead, make sure that
the wire passes between the panel and the posi-
tioning shims on the edge of the sunroof operat-
ing mechanism.

Note:
Thread the cutting wire between the centre cross
member and the sunroof operating mechanism
(3) at the level of the centre cross beam.
a Remove the sunroof operating mechanism using
specific tools:
- Support: PARV 202,
- Set of arch supports: APARV 200 ESP.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a For preparation and bonding (see Technical Note
560A).
a Always replace the positioning shims.
a Position:
- the indexing guides on the sunroof operating
mechanism,
- new positioning shims on the sunroof operating
mechanism.
a Refit the mobile panel to the sunroof (see 52A, Non-
side opening element mechanisms, Sunroof mo-
bile panel: Removal - Refitting, page 52A-13) .
a Place the sunroof mobile panel in the closed posi-
tion.
