NON-SIDE OPENING ELEMENT MECHANISMS
Sunroof mobile panel: Removal - Refitting
B91 or K91
a Using a LINT-FREE CLOTH soaked in HEPTANE
(see Vehicle: Parts and consumables for the re-
pair) (04B, Consumables - Products), clean:
- the guide runner (3) ,
- the operating mechanism (4) .
a Wipe the areas (3) , (4) with a clean, dry LINT-FREE
CLOTH (see Vehicle: Parts and consumables for
the repair) (04B, Consumables - Products).
a Using a fine brush, lightly grease areas (3) and (4)
with OPENING ELEMENT GREASE (see Vehicle:
Parts and consumables for the repair) (04B, Con-
sumables - Products).
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the sunroof mobile panel (this operation re-
quires two people).
a Adjust the sunroof mobile panel. The upper section
of the sunroof mobile panel must be 2mm lower than
the roof line.
a Tighten to torque:
- the front sunroof mobile panel bolts (6 N.m),
- the rear sunroof mobile panel bolts (6N.m).
III - FINAL OPERATION.
a Apply the after repair procedure using the Diagnos-
tic tool :
- connect the Diagnostic tool,
- select « UCH » ,
- go to repair mode,
- display the « before/after repair procedure » for the
computer selected,
- select « sunroof motor » in the « List of the compo-
nents controlled by this computer » section,
- carry out the operations described in the « After re-
pair procedure » section.
