FITTING OF A REAR SIDE DOOR
a Inject wax for hollow sections into the door box sec-
tion through the wiring harness sleeve opening. Win-
dow closed.
II - ADJUSTMENT OF SHUT LINES WITH THE
FRONT DOOR AND THE REAR WING
a Replace the original indexing studs (6) with bolts (7)
, available from the Parts Department to enable the
flush fitting to be adjusted.
Note:
T o increase the adjustment available, enlarge the
holes on the original hinges.
After-Sales hinges are supplied with square
slots.

Rear side door: Adjustment

a Undo the B-pillar bolts.
a Adjust the rear side door clearance.
a Tighten the B-pillar bolts.
