REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Remove the rear wheel arch trim (see Rear wheel
arch trim: Removal - Refitting) (71A, Body internal
trim).
a Disconnect the connector (1) .
a Remove the boot lid struts (see Tailgate strut: Re-
moval - Refitting) (52A, Non-side opening element
mechanisms).
II - REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED
a Remove
- the bolts (2) ,
- the boot lid.
Note:
This operation requires two people.
REFITTING

a Refit the boot lid.
Note:
This operation requires two people.
a Adjust the panel gaps and flush fittings (see 48A,
Non-side opening elements, Luggage compart-
ment lid: Adjustment, page 48A-7) .
FINAL OPERATION
a Refit the boot lid struts (see Tailgate strut: Remov-
al - Refitting) (52A, Non-side opening element
mechanisms).
a Connect the connector (1) .
a Refit the rear wheel arch trim (see Rear wheel arch
trim: Removal - Refitting) (71A, Body internal trim).
