You can configure a DHCP local server to preserve subscriber binding information so that
subscriber information is not lost upon router reboot. The configuration is a global setting
for each routing instance.
To configure the DHCP local server to store subscriber binding information:
Specify that you want to configure the DHCP local server.
1.
[edit system services]
user@host# edit dhcp-local-server
Enable persistent storage.
2.
[edit system services dhcp-local-server]
user@host# set persistent-storage automatic
