V O L U M E adjustment
The volume can be adjusted via the VOL c o n ­
trol (1).
The volume level, between "VOL 0 0 " and
"VOL 3 1 " is displayed during the adjustment.
Adjustment of LOW and HIGH tones (BASS
and TREBLE)
Select the "Bass" or "Treb" function by
pressing the A U D button (1) briefly.
Having selected the function, adjust the
sound via the VOL control (2).
To restore the basic adjustment, press the
A U D button for about 3 seconds until the
message " 0 0 " or " - - " appears on the display.
Adjustment of balance between left and
right speakers (BALANCE)
The balance is the "volume ratio" between
the left and right speakers. The adjustment
can be made by pressing the A U D button (1)
several times briefly to select the " B A L ­
A N C E " function. The message " B A L L- - R "
will appear on the display. The VOL control
(2) can be used to adjust the balance levels.
The values which can be selected range from
O t o 15.
To restore the basic adjustment, press the
A U D I O button for about 3 seconds until the
message " 0 0 " or "- -" appears on the display.
