1. Remove the gear lever mechanism, undo­
ing the bolts fixing it to the support.
2. Using tool 1870668000, remove the knob
from the gear lever, the internal spring and
the reverse gear inhibitor outer sleeve.
3. Remove the circlip (1) and dismantle the
gear lever mechanism.
