1. For the 1910 TD 100 version, loosen the
bolts fixing the injection pump pulley and
rotate it until pin 1860965000 can be in
serted at the point shown.
2. Complete the fitting of the timing belt ob
serving the following order:
1. Crankshaft gear
2. Fixed pulley
3. Timing pulley
4. Injection pump pulley
5. Automatic tensioner
6. Water pump
For all the pre and post modification engines
the new belt can be fitted and timed by fol
lowing the alignment of the transverse refer
ences (A) on the back of the timing belt and
the references on the pullies.
NOTE Fit the belt so that the arrow is point
ing in the direction of rotation of the
engine.
3. Exert force at the point shown on the au
tomatic tensioner placing the tensioner
moving reference (1) in the maximum
tension position, then lock the belt ten
sioner fixing nut.
4. For the 1910 TD 75 version, release the
injection pump drive pulley by undoing
the three bolts positioned previously.
