1. Remove the nuts securing the gear
change control cable mounting bracket,
and move it over to one side.
2. Disconnect the earth cable shown in the
figure, from the gearbox.
3. Disconnect the connectors shown in the
figure of the selector lever position sensor
and solenoids (gear change, lock-up
clutch control and pressure control) after
releasing them from the retaining clips.
4. Disconnect the connector shown in the
figure.
5. Disconnect the speedometer drive cable.
