Coolant temperature sensor
Coolant temperature is measured by a sensor
containing an NTC resistance, which alters
resistance in inverse proportion to tempera­
ture as shown in the diagram.
The control unit records a voltage change
proportional to the current intensity flowing
through the sensor.
When fitting the sensor, take care not to
tighten to more than 15 Nm
