INITIAL ANALYSIS
Inspect the following components.
• Co0ntrol Assy Panel (PL1.1.6)
• PWB ESS (PL10.1.2)
• PWBA HKB PS (PL10.1.17)
• PWBA HKB26 MCU (PL10.1.13)
• PWBA HVPS (PL10.1.20)
• Fan Assy (PL9.1.7)
• Solenoid Pick Up (PL4.1.23)
• Clutch Regi (5.1.19)
• Clutch Assy Feed (PL3.1.37)
• Clutch Assy Turn (PL3.1.2)
• Motor Assy Main (PL8.1.14)
• Sensor Assy Toner (PL5.1.1)

CONTROL ASSY PANEL (PL1.1.6) ANALYSIS
1. Disconnect P/J 362 on the PWBA ESS.
2. Switch ON the Main Power.
Does the Fan Assy function normally?

PWB ESS (PL10.1.2) ANALYSIS
1. Unplug the interface cable between the PWB ESS and the
PWBA HKB26 MCU.
2. Switch ON the Main Power.
Does the Fan Assy function normally?

PWBA HKB PS (PL10.1.17) ANALYSIS
1. Disconnect P/J28 on the PWBA HKB26 MCU.
2. Switch ON the Main Power.
3. Read voltage within 30 seconds after switching on the Main
Power.
Are the following voltages present on the pins of J28?
Is there +3.3VDC between J28-10 and J28-8?
Is there+5VDC between J28-7 and J28-8?
Is there +24VDC between J28-1 and J28-8?
Is there +24VDC between J28–2 and J28-8?
Is there +24VDC between J28-1 and J28-8?
