INITIAL ANALYSIS
Inspect the following components.
• Sensor Exit in the Fuser Assy (PL6.1.7)
• Fuser Assy (PL6.1.7)
• PWBA HKB26 MCU (PL10.1.13)
• Harness Assy Fuser-M (J271, J11, J27, J262) (PL6.1.12)
• PWBA HKB PS (PL10.1.17)
Are they compatible with your printer version, correctly
installed, not damaged, deformed, or contaminated?

SENSOR EXIT in the FUSER ASSY (PL6.1.7) ANALYSIS
Disconnect P/J27 from the PWBA HKB26 MCU.
Check the voltage between P27-3 and P27-4.
Is there +3.3VDC between P27-3 and P27-4?

SENSOR EXIT ACTUATING SIGNAL ANALYSIS
Check the voltage between P/J27-4 and P/J27-5.
Use a piece of paper to actuate the Sensor Exit.
Is there +0 VDC between P/J27-4 and P/J27-5?
Remove the piece of paper from the Sensor Exit.
Is there +5 VDC between P/J27-4 and P/J27-5?
