SPRING EARTH EXIT (PL7.1.24) ANALYSIS
Check to make sure the Spring Earth Exit is firmly attached to
the Chute Exit:
Are the Spring Chute Exit firmly attached to the Chute
Exit?

HARNESS ASSY FUSER -M (J271, J11, J27, J262)
(PL6.1.12) ANALYSIS
Is there continuity (0Ω) between J27–1 and J271-5, and
J27-3 and J271-3?

FUSER ASSY (PL6.1.7) ANALYSIS
Remove the Fuser Top Cover and Left Cover.
Is there continuity (0Ω) between the Heat Roll and the Nip
Lever L?

CRU ANALYSIS
Install a new CRU.
Is the noise still present?

Inspect the machine ground path.
Is there continuity (0Ω) along the entire printer ground
path?
10
Try the initial analysis again.
Is there a faulty component?
