The Tray 1 is not installed or installed not in the position.
Step
1
Inspect the following components.
• Cassette Assy (PL2.1.2)
• Motor Assy (PL2.2.22)
• Connector (PL2.2.25)
• Harness Assy N/MOT (PL3.1.39)
• PWBA Feeder (PL3.1.36)
• PWBA Size 1 (PL9.1.19)
• PWBA HKB26 MCU (PL10.1.13)
Are they compatible with your printer version, correctly
installed, not damaged, deformed, or contaminated?

Reinstall the Cassette Assy correctly.
Does the error C5 still displayed?

HARNESS ASSY N/MOT(PL3.1.39) ANALYSIS
1. Disconnect the Harness Assy N/MOT.
2. Check the continuity between J67-5 <=> J671-1, J67-3 <=>
J671-4, and J67-1 <=> J671-7.
Is there the continuity between J67-5 <=> J671-1, J67-3
<=> J671-4, and J67-1 <=> J671-7?
