6.10 Sensor Assy CRU Failure

INITIAL ANALYSIS
Inspect the following components.
• Sensor Assy CRU (PL8.1.6)
• PWBA HKB PS (PL10.1.17)
• CRU (PL8.1.1)
• PWBA HKB26 MCU (PL10.1.13)
• Harness Assy CRU SNS (J25-J251) (PL8.1.2)
Are they compatible with your printer version, correctly
installed, not damaged, deformed, or contaminated?

CRU (PL8.1.1) ANALYSIS
Does the tab on the CRU actuate the Sensor Assy CRU?

SENSOR ASSY CRU (PL8.1.6) ANALYSIS
Disconnect P/J25 on the PWBA HKB26 MCU.
Cheat the Switch Assy I/L Front (PL10.1.12).
Remove the CRU.
Is there some amount of resistance measured between
J25-2 and J25-1?
Reinstall the CRU.
Is there continuity (0Ω) between J25-2 and J25-1?

Harness Assy FS SNR (J30-J301) (PL7.1.16) ANALYSIS
Is there continuity (0Ω) between all wires on J30 and
J301?
