Command input 1, which acts as an input for the local SWT processing.
Attribute ctlVal is assigned to the SWT command input. The input status is
not trans-ferred transparent to the remote side! It depends on the actual
SWT-Mode, how a change of ctlVal influences the command outputs on the
remote SWT.
