Flash Backup unit (FBU)

The FBU backs up the memory contents of the RAID controller in the event of
a power failure. You can install up to two FBUs.
Depending on the installed riser card holder the installation in the FBU holder
and the position for the FBU holder are different.
– If no riser card holder or a a riser card holder HL is installed: The position for
the FBU is on the air duct.
– If a riser card holder FL is installed: The position for the FBU is on the riser
card holder.
