16.6.4 Communication command

The V850/SA1 communicates with the dedicated flash writer by means of commands. The command sent from
the dedicated flash writer to the V850/SA1 is called a "command". The response signal sent from the V850/SA1 to
the dedicated flash writer is called a "response command".
