Cautions 1. When using as the timer output (TOn) pin, set the port value to "0" (port mode output).
An ORed value of the timer output value is output.
2. Since the TOn pin and TIn pin are alternate pin, either function can only be used.
Remarks 1. In the PWM mode, the PWM output is set to the inactive level by TCEn = 0.
2. If LVSn and LVRn are read after setting data, 0 is read.
