Downloading the trace files

Once the problem you wanted to trace has occured, you may download the trace files.
Procedure
1.
Click Stop either on "X-Tracer" or on "Network capture" window. The trace is stopped.
2.
Go to Download file(s) and save them to your local PC.
3.
Delete the files on the USB stick by clicking Delete file(s).

Status window

In the Status window, information about the USB stick (active and space left), X-Tracer (active
yes or no), and the network trace (active yes or no) is displayed.
Procedure
1.
Click Administration > Status. The "Status" window opens. It consists of the "Filesystem",
"X-Tracer", and "Network capture" section.

Information window

The Information window displays the current software version running on your plug PC.
Procedure
1.
Click Administration > Information. An information window opens.

Reset SSDP Service Plugin

The reset is required because it puts the SSDP Service Plugin into a state, before it has been
activated (e.g. without any configuration like partner-id, proxy, etc.).
Procedure
1.
Click Administration > Maintenance. The "Maintenance" window opens, which consists
of the "Get Log Files", "Delete Log Files", "Reset service plugin", "Restore factory settings
for Smart Services", and "Unmount USB-Stick" sections. Every section contains a Start
button.
2.
In the "Reset service plugin" section, click Start.
