Mode Transition Conditions

Figure 6.1 shows the transitions among these operation modes. Table 6.3 shows the transition
mode after the SLEEP instruction is executed and when an interrupt occurs. Table 6.4 indicates
the internal states in each mode.

Notes: 1. A transition between different modes cannot be made to occur simply because an interrupt request is
generated. Make sure that interrupt handling is performed after the interrupt is accepted.
