14.1 Dialogs
Overwrite runtime:
The "Duration" text box usually shows the runtime calculated by the system. You can enter
your own runtime in the "Duration" text box if you have previously selected the "Overwrite
runtime" check box. You can also select and apply one of the two default scaling functions
"Linear" or "Squared".
Process value reference:
To specify the parameter that represents the value of the actual quantity, click the button "...".
The corresponding parameter is searched for and selected in the selection dialog that opens.
The parameter is a standard parameter that is configured in SIMATIC Manager on the ES.
The value of the selected parameter is displayed and saved in the batch.
The value is only displayed for batches that reach the status "Completed", "Held" or "Aborted".
All other statuses are not supported. This is identified with a symbol in the list views. When no
parameter is selected as actual value reference, a hyphen "-" is displayed for the value "Actual
quantity" in dialogs and overview lists.

Parameter selection

All available parameters are displayed in this dialog in a tree view. You use this option to
determine if the parameters are displayed as recipe references or as process cell references.
You navigate to the parameter whose actual value is used and acknowledge the dialog after
selecting an actual value reference with the "OK" button. The parameter selection is displayed
and saved as path information in the "Actual value reference" field in the "Properties of ..."
dialog. You can make changes to your selection at any time.
Reference type:
You use this option to determine in which type the parameter selection is displayed in the tree
view. Regardless of your selection, all parameters of the open master recipe configured in the
ES are displayed.
Recipe reference: Shows all parameters of the recipe phases within the recipe unit procedures
of the open master recipe in the tree view.
