Adjusts the threshold in dynamic
binary mode for pixels not on edges
of text/graphic elements.
This adjustment is only effective
for the "Text - Service Mode"
original type setting.
If "Dynamic Binary" is selected with
SP4-922-1, this mode is enabled.
