To set Call Forwarding from the Attendant Console:
1.
Setting Call Forwarding for an incoming call from a station:
a.) Press an idle Loop key and dial the FWD, FWD-BY, or FWD-DA access code for an
incoming call from a station; receive Special Dial Tone.
b.) Dial the Tenant Number (2 digits) of the originating station, the originating station
number, and the desired target station number, receive Service Set Tone.
c.) Press the RLS key.

Setting Call Forwarding for an incoming call from an outside party:
a.) Press an idle Loop key and dial the FWD, FWD-BY, or FWD-DA access code for an
incoming call from an outside party; receive Special Dial Tone.
b.) Dial the Tenant Number (2 digits) of the originating station, the originating station
number, and the desired target station number; receive Service Set Tone.
c.) Press the RLS key.
To cancel Call Forwarding from the Attendant Console:
1.
Cancelling Call Forwarding for an incoming call from a station:
a.) Press an idle loop key and dial the cancel code for FWD, FWD-BY, or FWD-DA for an
incoming call from a station; receive Special Dial Tone.
b.) Dial the Tenant Number (2 digits) of the originating station and the originating station
number.
c.) Press the RLS key; receive Service Set Tone.
