An Attendant Console is regarded as an ONS. The Attendant Console will follow the PAD values
assigned in ARTD.

If PAD data is assigned by APAD command, this data overrides other PAD data assigned by
ARTD, except when switch settings on the 24DTR are set to ARTD fixed.

PAD settings for the 8TLTR can be set using ARTD/APAD or a combination of switch settings
and ARTD/APAD.

This service is used for each of the following connections:
STATION-TO-STATION CONNECTION
STATION-TO-ATT CONNECTION
CONNECTION VIA ATT
OUTGOING C.O. LINE CONNECTION FROM STATION
OUTGOING C.O. LINE CONNECTION FROM ATT

If the impedance of the trunk does not match the impedance setting on the trunk, the PAD values
will not match the values in the previous tables:
