Removing and Replacing Components
Servicing the Computer Module
The procedure for removing the plastic feet is described in the following steps.
Step 1 Place the computer module upside-down.
Step 2
Remove the four plastic feet, using the cross-tipped screwdriver.
'lb Replace the Plastic Feet
The procedure for replacing the plastic feet is described in the following steps.
Step 1 Locate the four feet into the holes on the base of the computer module so that the
slot it forms with the base faces the rear of the computer module.
Step 2
Tighten the screws to secure the feet in place.
Step 3
Turn the computer module over to stand on it's feet.
'lb Remove the Locking Cam
The procedure for removing the locking cam is described in the following steps.
Step 1
Place the computer module upside-down.
Step 2
Remove the single mounting screw, on the locking cam, using a No.1 cross-tipped
screwdriver.
lb Replace the Locking Cam
The procedure for replacing the locking cam is described in the following steps.
Step 1
Place the computer module upside-down.
Step 2
Locate the Locking Cam over the hole, in the base of the Computer Module, so it
points towards the rear of the unit.
Step 3
Replace the single mounting screw, on the locking cam, using a No. 1 cross-tipped
screwdriver.
