Removing and Replacing Components
Servicing the Display Module
'lb Remove the Metal Cover (M1092A/M1094A)
Note
This procedure applies only to the M1092A and M1094A displays.
The procedure for removing the metal cover, to gain access inside the display module, is
described in the following steps. All screws are removed using a cross-point screwdriver.
Step 1
Remove the eight screws that secure the cover to the display. There are six screws
on the top of the cover and one on each of the display's outside side panels.
Step 2
Only if display is color, use one hand to lift the top of the cover and pass the
connector to the line filter though the holes
Step 3 Lift the cover clear of the display module.
