Removing and Replacing Components
Servicing the Computer Module
To Remove the Integral Module Rack
The procedure for removing the integral module rack from the computer module is described in
the following steps.
Step 1
Stand in front of the computer module.
Step 2
Using both hands, support the integral rack and press the tabs at the bottom on
each side of the rack.
Step 3
Holding the tabs, slide the integrai rack gently towards you clear of the computer
module.
'lb Replace the Integral Module Rack
The procedure for replacing the integral module rack is described in the following steps.
Step 1
Locate the two large tabs inside the cavity in the computer module.
Step 2
Slide gently into the computer module until some resistance is felt.
Step 3
Push the module rack so it clicks shut as the securing tabs engage.
Step 4
Check the modules rack is held securely in the computer module.
